TN 352

TN 352 may be best described as a two-part highway. Part of it is known as Devil Fork Road, a former county road extending out of North Carolina that runs along Devil Fork Indian Creek at the foot of Flint Mountain. The other part is an extension along Old U.S. 23 to meet U.S. 19W in Ernestville.

The Devils Fork part begins where the Appalachian Trail crosses extending off of NC 212, an extremely winding road that is not for those with little patience on mountain roads. The extension along Old U.S. 23 occured in 1997 when U.S. 23 was relocated to a new freeway up to Sams Gap, now part of I-26.
